All across the internet I have seen more and more AI-content. There are 2 polar opposite opinions, those who believe that AI will save the world and those who believe AI will destroy everything we know and love.

This week I came across this tweet from Jackson Fall, Designer + Writer @ Circus Fish, and CEO @ We Make Shift. Who prompted GPT-4 with this:

"You are HustleGPT, an entrepreneurial AI. I am your human counterpart. You have $100, and your only goal is to turn that into as much money as possible in the shortest time possible, without doing anything illegal."

Jackson’s been posting daily updates regarding next steps and income from HustleGPT. They now have a stable-ish income stream coming in from sponsors, investors, and are even looking for freelancers to help them write content! 🤯 Read the thread below:

Key questions that come to mind from the HustleGPT experiment:

• The question everyone is asking, what does this mean for my job? If an AI can create a high impact landing page, write the copy for the site, and a business plan - what am I doing in my career? How can I use AI to optimize my work?
• What does this mean for creativity in business ventures? Will investor’s lower spending in creative categories in order to make money on AI-recommendations?
• Lastly, this paves the way for entrepreneurs and internet businesses like never before, but at the same time does this mean there will be less variety in business models? Will everything become “like an Uber for…”?

I’m not sure if these questions can be answered anytime soon, and I know there are a lot of questions in between and other’s have these questions as well. I guess only time will tell!
